What to do if I want to return my order?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on www.universalbook.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 1 day of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can also call us and notify us of you returning an item.

How will the money be refunded in case of returns?
