How can I cancel my order?
1. Cancel Online:
• Log in to your Universalbook.in account.
• Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the cancel button next to that product.
• Your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund within 5 to 7 working days.
Note: You can cancel the order on your own within 4 hours of placing the order.
2. Cancel through Customer Care:
• Provide the order ID to our customer care team via phone or email.
• Customer care will assist you in cancelling the order.
• Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

What’s the time and duration for which I can cancel my order?
